Products

Le Manoir de Brendel planted the vinyards at a ratio of 80 percent red and 20 percent white varieties. The white cultivars are Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The red are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinotage and Shiraz.

All grapes are harvested by hand in from selected low yielding vines. On sorting tables we remove all bunches which do not meet our quality standard. Le Manoir de Brendel stands for attention to detail according to centuries old tradtion of winemaking.

Our red wines underwent a first fermentation in the tank, followed by a second fermentation in barrels and are
finally matured on oak for 16 to 19 months.
